Sales Terms & Conditions

Our Sales Terms & Conditions are as follows:

  1. You must have a brick-and-Mortar physical location(s). Our titles are directed towards Retail shops. If you have a website-business, we will not consider your request. We have made decisions based upon the support of Indie Records shops who specialize in titles not available through Large Corporate entities. 
  2. ALL our offerings are from the USA. We do not promote releases that are already in circulation. Each of our products are priced to the discerning buyer. All prices shown are in Euros. We suggest a retail price but leave that to the professional buyer who will determine end user prices on their clientele and location.
  3. If you have several retail shops, we will need your corporate details with addresses of each store, location, country and phone email addresses.
  4. We can drop your shop to an authorized Brick & Morter shop location from your store list. Note, orders must come from HQ if you desire drop ship. Drop ship address, phone, email must be included.
  5. All products are GENUINE USA releases. We do not carry bootlegs nor unauthorized releases as we abide by the honour system that allows everyone their profit point. 
  6. All applications for distributorship must be completed 100%. Each entry will explain the purpose for the entry. Each entry will include your resellers license in your Country. 
  7. We exclusively ship via Fed Ex Regional service. We can offer expedited services when required at an extra cost. Each order will receive tracking details once shipped. We will ship orders complete, when possible, if we split shipments for backorders or Pre Orders a further shipment will be executed once items show up into Inventory.
  8. We import every week from the USA. We are registered with US Customs and Homeland Security also with Republic of Ireland Revenue, Customs and Excise.
  9. All orders must be issued through our website portals. You will receive a confirmation via email of your purchase order.  Preorders will also process through this same Portal.
  10. You can create a “Shelf List” for items you are considering ordering. They will stay on your shelf list for 90 days before being removed. Inventory for shelf lists will only be active while there is inventory in stock. Once stock is exhausted this list will be updated showing only Inventory items you have chosen. If we restock you will receive notification via email.
  11. All products are Guaranteed against manufacturing defect. If you have an issue with a particular item, you must complete the defect product form, submit 3 pictures, and tracking number/order number you have been issued. Once the defect has been confirmed at our end, we will issue instructions on what to do with the items you received and where re-ship. If we cannot replace, we will issue a store credit.
  12. Email subscription is required when opening an account. You can unsubscribe if you wish. However, your account will be deemed active. 
  13. We carry all major labels from the USA including many smaller labels who do not fall under the Large Corporate giants. Each record label we work with must have their own liability insurance.
  14. Damaged Goods. You have 72 hours to report damage from our carrier. You must file a claim with us which includes, but not limited to, Package Photo, Label, Tracking, date and time received, exact damage description, 5 pictures of the damaged goods. 

    We will respond within 72 hours back to you as we will file a claim with Federal Express. If you would not like a reship, please advise otherwise we will ship the replacement.
  15. We offer tiered discount volume purchases. Distributor Prices will be the base price. Our minimum Order is 250e. No order will be accepted under this value. Our discount structure is as follows:

    250e – 1000e Base distributor price
    1001e – 2500e Extra 7% discount per order.
    2501e- 5000e    Extra 5% on top of the 7%.
    5000e+ extra 5% aggregate
  16. Pricing is guaranteed for 60 days at a time unless otherwise noted on our website. Any increase in price for any item will be alerted by email. The Prices reflected on the Website will always be the Final price.
  17. Shipping Costs. WE do not offer Free Shipping. Our shipping prices are already negotiated with Federal Express, Inc. and are non-negotiable.  Tracking will be provided for each Order. Standard shipping Fees for orders over 1000e will be 35e. Orders less than 1000e will be billed at 26e.
  18. Refunds- Will be issued within 72 hours of request. The refund will be issued back to the payment method lodged with the order. Please note banks can take between 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to refund your payment.
